Meeting at Rootes Reception, 11am.
What you need:
- Yourself
- Some clothes you feel comfortable walking or running in
- Some shoes that are comfortable, and you don't mind getting a little bit muddy
- Water
- A sense of humour
To get you in the mood, you may want to look at this video (and others like it) although it doesn't always need to be this strenuous...
