Regular Training:
There is no training planned for 11/12 yet. Until then, get involved with Warwick Athletics. Orienteering is a running sport so improving your running is always good. They have something on every day.







Monday - Circuits at 5pm and run at 6pm (Sports Centre)



Tuesday - Off-road intervals at 2pm (Cryfield Pavilion)



Wednesday - Main run 2pm (Cryfield Pavilion) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED



Thursday - Circuits at 5pm and run at 6pm (Sports Centre)



Friday - Track intervals and road run (Westwood Games Hall)



Sunday - Longer Run 9:30am




The runs on Monday and Friday are part of the jogging club and are great if you are just starting your running training.

We have not decided what training we will do yet. Please come back nearer the time.
