1. Exec Elections
   • Many thanks to the 2007-2008 exec who have done a great job keeping the club running over the past year
   • Exec elected for 2008-2009:
     • President: Robert Buckby
     • Treasurer: Chris Rye
     • Secretary: Aaron Madeley
     • Captain: Matthew Rooke
     • Fixtures Secretary: Iain Embrey
     • Webmonkey: Ben Saxby
2. Review of the year
   • Membership has been a problem over the year. Need ideas to attract new members for Sports Fair next year.
   • Possible orienteering round union based at Sports Fair stand with sweets at controls?
   • First taster session on first weekend seemed to be more effective in previous years than weekday evening in 2007.
   • Have held strategy meeting with Warwick Sport and Sports Officer to try and gain more publicity, ran extra taster sessions, advertised to cross country and warwick mountains but little uptake.
   • Despite membership problems UWOC has continued to attend same wide variety of events – local and national – and has organised its own event generating funding for the club
3. Club Colours
   • Mark Cummings and Shaun Emerson to be nominated for club colours – Rob to organise before end of week 4
4. Other Issues
   • Event in 2009 set for January 18th – Iain to discuss how we can use Elmdon Park or transfer to another location with OD
5. Date of Next Exec Meeting
   • Monday 12th May 13:00 in Union North where official exec handover will take place
